Warranty replacement parts are free of charge. For orders to Canada, shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
Got a broken section or clamp issue? Just reach out, we’ve got you covered! XERO waterfed poles are truly unique, and each one comes with a lifetime guarantee on both carbon fiber and clamps. Plus, with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a simple warranty process, support is just a step away.
Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or intentional abuse are not covered under this warranty, and we reserve the right to deny any warranty claim if necessary.
Please note that we’re unable to cover shipping costs on warranty items. While we’ll gladly provide the replacement parts, shipping are billed before the order ships.
The XERO Guarantee covers parts of the system for twelve years, except for the filters and RO membrane. This warranty is non-transferable and will be void if the system is modified.
We won’t cover damage caused by dropping, tipping over, or breakage in transit. The warranty will only cover defective parts which is evaluated during your warranty form submission. Rusted parts caused by chemicals are not included in the warranty. We reserve the right to refuse/deny any warranty claim for any reason.
Please note we can not cover the shipping cost on any warranty items outside of the mainland USA. We can cover the parts and send them to you, but you must pay for the shipping cost prior to us sending them out.
Using a booster pump that exceeds 100 PSI will void your warranty.
All XERO Warranties are non-transferable and will be void if the product is modified.
All shipping costs are not included in the warranty. For international customers, we cover the parts, but you will need to cover the shipping cost before we send your items.
